Every three years, the Associated General Contractors of America hold their convention in Las Vegas, Nevada as part of the CONEXPO-CON/AGG tradeshow, North America’s largest construction industry event.
We partnered with AGC to tell the story of an industry that’s evolving. Inspired by industry heritage, our “Preparing for the Industry of Tomorrow” branding served to connect the hands that built this country with a forward-facing vision of the construction industry’s future.
We drew inspiration for our “heritage” logo from AGC’s official seal, and built a visual standards guide to help the convention roll out smoothly. We covered all the bases, from typography and billboard treatments to social media kits and swag.
Physical artifacts like this Exhibitor Prospectus helped AGC’s member companies grasp the potential of the event.
The convention website we built helped guests get registered, find accommodations, follow the event agenda, and learn more about speakers and sponsorship.
The site evolved over time, transitioning from a marketing site, to a day-of utility, to finally an event archive for videos, resources, and speaker notes.
Billboards, registration booths, digital banners, and branded convention swag brought AGC’s theme to life, making an impact on member companies and attendees at the industry’s biggest event in Vegas.
Poolhouse edited a recap video of AGC’s Vegas convention, and updated the website to serve as both an archive and a marketing tool for 2021.
