Media Planner

Richmond, VA

We are looking for a Media Planner with the ability to see the big picture and work with our Political and Brand team to develop keen concepts that exceed client objectives and expectations while engaging others. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Independently execute the placement for paid Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ad campaigns including display, video and search.
  • Create easy to read metrics reports of these campaigns
  • Help strategize placement campaigns that make the most impact with our client’s budget
  • Design the best strategic approach and channel mix in to reach audiences in a relevant manner
  • Work with placement agencies for TV, cable, satellite, print, outdoor and radio
  • Interpret metrics reports from placement agencies
  • Stay up to date on recent buying trends, one-off opportunities and technology

Post Production Coordinator

Video Editor

We’re looking for an individual who loves to tell a good story, and who can push the envelope of how it’s told. As a Video Editor, you will join the POOLHOUSE Post-Production department in working with footage, dialogue, music, sound effects and motion graphics to tell the stories of companies, causes and candidates.

We know that the story is more than just what’s being said, it’s how something looks and feels. That’s why we need you to care as much about the visuals as the narrative. At the core, your responsibility is to design content that’s shareable, memorable and visually stunning. You will also take the reins on leading our team of editors to make sure assignments are properly delegated and delivered within deadline and budget. The ideal candidate for this role is not only someone who demonstrates seasoned post production skills, but also someone who carries the willingness to lead, manage, and help grow a department within an agency that is often faced with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.

Armed with a particular appreciation for the music industry, Austin thrives working on creative that promotes, markets, and energizes audiences. When not at work, Austin stays busy developing his own clothing designs or surviving games of arrow roulette.
