A brand designer specializing in logo and web, Allie strives to give your brand the recognition it deserves.
She works with the design team in Houston to develop meaningful creative strategies and solutions for brands across all industries. At POOLHOUSE, you’ll find Allie with a cup of coffee and a notepad, sketching her latest concepts and bringing them to life online.
Arden manages all projects for the design team at POOLHOUSE.
She spends her workdays keeping all branding, web, and design projects on track, as well as managing all of POOLHOUSE’s social media channels.
When she’s not making timelines or reviewing designs, Arden is the self-proclaimed quality control champion of the office.
Honed from years of campaign and legislative work, Bess’ diverse background presents a strong understanding of what a successful campaign team needs.
A member of the political team, Bess brings her attention to every detail to lead and support clients across the country from their first day to election day. While Bess works tirelessly for our clients, she’s also committed to making sure Richmond’s office has the best snacks available.
Taking words on a script and forging them into visuals on a screen, Branson’s cinematography elevates POOLHOUSE’s productions to the next level.
Branson loves working closely with directors, talent, and full crews to achieve the exact look each client’s story needs. And speaking of looks, Branson has the best collection of tattoos in the office.
A believer in purposeful, results-driven design, Brian pushes our team to understand the “why” behind each creative engagement.
The process he’s pioneered at POOLHOUSE ensures that we’re integrated with our customer teams and aligned with their goals – including successful partnerships with Airlines for America, Boeing, Amazon, GE, the Beer Institute, and the World Bank.
Though new to POOHOUSE, Claire is no stranger to hustle. As an entrepreneur helping run a family business through college, she’s already a pro at dotting the Is and crossing the Ts that keep our production team running smoothly. Find her in the Atlanta office juggling projects, coordinating shoots, and making sure Kevin never misses a meeting.

As an Account Executive, Derrick is inherently collaborative and loves working with clients and teams to solve complex problems.
With career experience in both copywriting and brand strategy, Derrick makes sure every perspective is considered while driving all projects to their best possible outcome.
When not at POOLHOUSE, Derrick is cheering on the Vanderbilt Commodores or fruitlessly training to become a scratch golfer.
A “jack of all trades,” Jacqueline is seasoned in leading multi-faceted projects that range from branding and website design to video campaigns for consumer facing brands and advocacy-focused organizations.
She’s a mastermind of strategy, client management, and ensuring that all projects get done on time and under budget. At POOLHOUSE, Jacqueline lives by the motto that “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
As Director of Post Production, Karl drives POOLHOUSE’s creative over the finish line.
Karl’s prior experience at The Weather Channel and Netflix has garnered 8 PromaxBDA Awards and an Emmy. Here at POOLHOUSE, he brings a strong sense of purpose and collaboration, taking our products to perfection through a mastery of editing and sound design.
When he’s not behind the keyboard, Karl’s a family man that enjoys the great outdoors, making music, and attempting to read every Stephen King book ever written.
Navigating between a bold vision of an idea and how to seamlessly execute it, Kevin has been pushing the boundaries of advertising as the Senior Producer at POOLHOUSE.
His experience ranges from broadcast commercials to experiential marketing to VR narratives, all while producing award-winning political ads for races across the country. After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Kevin has collaborated with some of the biggest brands and agencies in the world.
Merging her creative and client-side experience, Laura offers a unique perspective as an Account Executive at POOLHOUSE.
Quick to understand your needs, Laura executes projects seamlessly and has mastered the delicate balance of staying detail oriented while also maintaining a focus on the big picture. Outside of POOLHOUSE, Laura continues to support brands through her shopping addiction.
As Office Manager, Molly takes on (and masters) day-to-day operations while corralling the POOLHOUSE team members and schedules.
Molly is well-versed in the strategic planning and thinking that delivers successful results, and she is always providing valuable support to the team and ensuring that we are moving toward our common goals. When it comes to life outside of POOLHOUSE, Molly is a proud owner of a Springer Spaniel and an avid connoisseur of live music.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and native of Richmond, Thomas provides direction for the financial management and daily accounting operations at POOLHOUSE.
Having worked in both the construction and real estate space, Thomas brings over 10 years of experience to the business. Outside of POOLHOUSE Thomas can be found spending his time as a chauffeur to his three kids or on the golf course.
An award-winning director, writer and producer, Tim leads the POOLHOUSE creative team.
Tim develops purpose-driven creative strategies for Fortune 500 companies, candidates, and causes. His work has won Pollies, Tellies, and Reed Awards while earning descriptions like “Best Political Ad in 30 Years” by Fox News, and “Best Ad of 2012” by POLITICO.
Tim’s greatest achievement has been raising his yellow lab Marvin into a respectable dog and day-to-day contributor at the POOLHOUSE office.
