As a POOLHOUSE Account Executive, you’ll manage projects for the advocacy team who are communicators and advisors for our corporate and advocacy clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Advocacy team, and jump headfirst into managing the day-to-day client needs, collaborating with a diverse group of creatives, designers, strategists, and producers, while shepherding our strategic initiatives from start to finish to provide our clients with the highest value.

As a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Anna continues to pursue her interests in creating artwork, producing stories and kayaking when she is not at the office.
Austin is POOLHOUSE’s go to guy when it comes to all things visual arts – providing experience across video, photo, design, animation, and so much more.
Armed with a particular appreciation for the music industry, Austin thrives working on creative that promotes, markets, and energizes audiences. When not at work, Austin stays busy developing his own clothing designs or surviving games of arrow roulette.
A true jack-of-all-trades creative experienced in editing, filming, animating, voice acting, designing and much more.
When not in the office you’ll find Bradley hard at work on a short film, geeking out, or getting beat by his wife at a video game.
Taking words on a script and forging them into visuals on a screen, Branson’s cinematography elevates POOLHOUSE’s productions to the next level.
Branson loves working closely with directors, talent, and full crews to achieve the exact look each client’s story needs. And speaking of looks, Branson has the best collection of tattoos in the office.
A veteran strategist and seasoned communicator, Calvin has been leading the nation’s toughest campaigns and largest superPACs to victory for over a decade. Calvin crafts winning campaign strategy, hard-hitting advertising and provides expertise in navigating our high-pressure news landscape.
As a strategist for the Congressional Leadership Fund, Calvin’s ads played a central role in recapturing the House Majority in 2022 and is a frequent quote in the New York Times, POLITICO, Wall Street Journal and more.
Colombian-born, Miami-raised sports production veteran with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has worked for high-profile organizations such as ESPN and Atlanta United FC, where she has honed her skills in producing quick turn high-quality content. Catalina’s strategic approach to tackling creative production needs has made her a valuable asset in the industry. She thrives in high-pressure situations and is always looking for ways to push the boundaries and innovate in her work.
Despite her busy schedule, Cat values the importance of balancing work and personal life, and believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key to achieving success in both areas.
Colton is a 2022 VCUarts graduate with a BA in Cinema and BS in Mass Communications. During his time in school, he was a founding member and Production Head of two different student film organizations. After graduating, Colton interned at a local ABC news station, contracted with a local PBS affiliate, and freelanced on the Apple TV+ show Swagger, a few small indie films, and a variety of commercials. One of these commercials happened to be with an advertising company called POOLHOUSE, and the rest is history.
When he has time on weeknights and weekends, Colton still works in live sports broadcasting. You can also find him watching movies and working with friends on their next big film project.
aka BROPHY, Conor is a New York-born and Georgia-grown production pro. Conor has worked on all sides of the camera and is a SCAD Atlanta master of fine arts in film and television. He has directed and produced award winning short films and was the executive producer and showrunner of SCAD’s first-ever narrative web series. Conor recently worked in freelance production with MGM Studios, A24, Marvel Studios, Fox Alternative Media and Amazon Studios. Conor is absolutely thrilled to be collaborating with the POOLHOUSE team doing what he loves – producing bold content with great people. In production, he echoes the Avengers. “Whatever it takes.”
When he is not on set, Conor enjoys the adventures and chill days with his family – wife, daughter, and golden retriever Frosty Paws. You might also catch him on the golf course with a birdie opportunity that unfortunately results in a three-putt bogey. Fore!
A native of Richmond, VA, Courtney provides operational support to the POOLHOUSE team to ensure that the company continues to operate efficiently.
Courtney is a dedicated and highly organized professional with a strong background in accounting and executive assistance. Outside of POOLHOUSE Courtney can be found watching sports or hanging out with her friends and family!

A seasoned campaign operative and strategist who has worked on campaigns at all levels, Dave most recently served as a Regional Political Director at the National Republican Congressional Committee for two cycles where he played a pivotal role in taking back the Republican majority of the US House of Representatives in 2022.
At POOLHOUSE, as Vice President of Political, Dave serves as media strategist for campaigns, candidates, and causes to combine a client’s story, the best creative, and an effective data-driven strategy to win.
Dave is a native of Idaho and Marine Corps veteran. When he isn’t working, he can be found exploring historical sites with his two kids, flying an airplane, or shooting sporting clays.
Since graduating from Virginia Tech in 2021, Ellie has established herself in Richmond politics. As a Political Project Manager at POOLHOUSE, she will create, build and maintain strong relationships with our clients while achieving client goals.
Outside of POOLHOUSE, you can find her traveling anywhere warm, walking her dog Barley, or practicing yoga.
A Georgia Peach from birth, Grace is passionate about editing and the entire post production process. In her creative approach, Grace believes that story is king and structures her product around building compelling narratives for our clients.
When not at POOLHOUSE, Grace is an avid rock climber and loves all things adventure!
Jordan is a designer, illustrator, and a nomadic Michigander with a penchant for grit, texture, and meticulously crafted compositions. With over a decade in the creative field, he’s collaborated with fledgling brands finding their footing, as well as well-established ones that many know and love.
At POOLHOUSE, he takes on the role of design director, but at home, he’s a devoted family man and a self-proclaimed “trash guy.” During those rare moments of free time, you’ll likely discover him engrossed in drawing on his iPad, savoring the art of grilling, or wielding a trusty leaf blower.
Experienced in legislative affairs, campaigns, and nonprofit operations, Josh brings diverse experiences to POOLHOUSE offering clients unique perspectives to help meet their goals. When not in the office you can find him exploring the newest coffee shops in town or growing his collection of political memorabilia.
JP is a designer and illustrator who has been fortunate enough to work on a variety of projects in various mediums for many years.
At POOLHOUSE, JP has the honor of helping motivate, elevate, and fine-tune processes on a daily basis for the exceptionally-talented design team.
As the Director of Post Production, Justin takes the visuals at POOLHOUSE to the next level.
With over 10 years experience filming and editing documentaries, films, music videos, and news, Justin’s background in television and film enable him to bring a cinematic flare to his projects.
When he’s not cutting awesome videos, Justin enjoys crushing weights at the gym and spending time with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs
A proud James Madison University alum and resident of Williamsburg, VA, Kacey loves all aspects of production. Organization is her love language and there are few things more satisfying to her than a fully checked-off to-do list. Her years working as a producer have trained her to be prepared for all situations and confident in all surprises.
On weekends, you might find Kacey hiking or camping with her husband and their dog. On weeknights, you can definitely find her on the couch watching her favorite sitcoms on a heavy rotation.
Kent brings two decades of award-winning creative and advertising experience to POOLHOUSE. His previous positions include serving as the Communications Director of Madison+Main as well as senior posts at Allianz Global Assistance, Capital One, and Circuit City. Kent’s portfolio of work has received more than 40 advertising and PR awards throughout his career, and he was recently named the 2023 Ad Person of the Year by the Advertising Club of Richmond.
Kent will grow POOLHOUSE’s footprint and creative team, produce innovative and compelling advertising campaigns, and provide valuable communications and strategic guidance to the agency and its clients.
Merging her creative and client-side experience, Laura offers a unique perspective as the Director of Brand at POOLHOUSE.
Quick to understand your needs, Laura executes projects seamlessly and has mastered the delicate balance of staying detail oriented while also maintaining a focus on the big picture. Outside of POOLHOUSE, Laura continues to support brands through her shopping addiction.
With more than a decade of issue and reputation experience, Lizzie leads POOLHOUSE’s advocacy team in creating winning campaigns for trade associations, corporations, and non-profits.
Before joining the team, Lizzie served as the Vice President of Paid Media for the American Petroleum Institute. She’s also worked on winning ballot measure campaigns, candidate campaigns, and on-going advocacy efforts for Fortune 500s.
Since graduating from Full Sail in 2007, Matt has navigated the vibrant world of TV and film, mastering everything from feature film sets to VFX. His dedication earned him an Emmy in 2023, a crowning achievement after three nominations since 2019.
Beyond the screen, Matt thrives at local farmers markets with his family, indulges in LEGO building, and enjoys hunting and fishing. A competitive Rocket League player, he also loves gardening, cooking, and experimenting.
A graduate of James Madison University and a life long Virginian Meg provides organizational support to the POOLHOUSE team to ensure the company is operating efficiently.
Meg brings a wide range of experiences to the team from event planning to facilities management. When Meg is not in the office you can find her cheering on the Washington Nationals or trying new dips and dressings. To see some of her favorite dips check out @thedipdiaries on instagram.
Nick is a graduate of James Madison University and a resident of Northern Virginia. At POOLHOUSE, Nick is apart of the Media Team, bringing POOLHOUSE’S cutting edge creative to viewers screens.
In his free time and on the weekends, Nick enjoys trying out a new recipe in the kitchen and cheering on the Orioles

Philip drives the Poolhouse media strategy to ensure each campaign cuts through the noise. With over 10 years of managing large scale advocacy and political campaigns, Philip brings his expertise in all forms of media strategy – from latest digital tactics to the most effective TV placement – for every campaign he designs.
He can be found most days in the backyard with his wife and three kids either on the swing set or playing make-believe.
A creative with a knack for telling stories, Sam will capture your story from start to finish. As a SHREDDER, Sam brings his cinematography skills and editing experience to the POOLHOUSE creative team.
Contrary to popular belief, Sam is not a construction worker, but that won’t stop him from building a visually compelling narrative to propel your story. Outside of work, Sam is spending time with his wife, Jenna, exploring new places, seeking adventure, and eating as much food along the way.
Scott has worked in media, entertainment and sports for over two decades. With stints at NBC, CBS, and Turner, he has a true passion for building, developing, and collaborating with project teams to produce industry-leading and award-winning content for business.
Scott brings his expertise to POOLHOUSE as Post Production Supervisor, managing all post projects for their clients and teams. Outside of the office, he bleeds garnet and gold for the Noles, while raising two kids with his wife and snuggling with their pugs Disco and Fever.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and native of Richmond, Thomas provides direction for the financial management and daily accounting operations at POOLHOUSE.
Having worked in both the construction and real estate space, Thomas brings over 10 years of experience to the business. Outside of POOLHOUSE Thomas can be found spending his time as a chauffeur to his three kids or on the golf course.
An award-winning director, writer and producer, Tim leads the POOLHOUSE creative team.
Tim develops purpose-driven creative strategies for Fortune 500 companies, candidates, and causes. His work has won Pollies, Tellies, and Reed Awards while earning descriptions like “Best Political Ad in 30 Years” by Fox News, and “Best Ad of 2012” by POLITICO.
Tim’s greatest achievement has been raising his yellow lab Marvin into a respectable dog and day-to-day contributor at the POOLHOUSE office.
An award-winning strategist, Will develops and executes winning political and corporate media campaign plans. Taking a fiercely data-driven approach, Will oversees all polling, market research, and media buys.
