Changing How We Think about Manufacturing: Creators Wanted 2020

By 2028, 4.6 million jobs will need to be filled in modern manufacturing, and the National Association of Manufacturers is making it happen.


But to do that, they needed to find a way to appeal to a younger generation. How do you appeal to millennials? What can you say to spark their interest?


POOLHOUSE was brought in to change the way we think about manufacturing.


Enter Creators Wanted… A campaign that kicked off as a way to inspire the next generation and motivate them to pursue careers in the manufacturing field. 


To help launch the campaign, we toured across America, stopping in seven states to connect with different members of the manufacturing industry and capture their stories. 


This year, NAM wanted to continue to build excitement for the Creators Wanted 2020 tour with a hype video- one that would share all the details of the event without sacrificing any of the energy.  



We aimed to inject some adrenaline into the upcoming event and build the interest of boomers and millennials alike. Because filling these jobs is a collaborative effort.
