Calvin Moore is a veteran political strategist and communicator with over a decade of experience leading high-stakes campaigns and outside groups to victory. As VP at POOLHOUSE, he shapes winning campaign strategies, develops hard-hitting advertising, and helps clients navigate today's fast-moving media environment.
Since 2020, Calvin has been a senior advisor to the Congressional Leadership Fund, directing over $60 million in independent expenditures and playing a key role in Republicans' gains in 2020, winning the House Majority in 2022, and defending it again in 2024. He's also held senior roles at the NRSC, NRCC, and has worked on tough campaigns across his home state of Nevada.

Lizzie leads POOLHOUSE's advocacy team in creating campaigns that secure wins and precipitate change. She brings more than a decade of strategic communications expertise to every project—ensuring that our clients never receive a check-the-box product.
Before joining the team, Lizzie served as the VP of Paid Media for the American Petroleum Institute. She has also worked on winning ballot measure campaigns, candidate campaigns, and on-going advocacy efforts for Fortune 500s, non-profits, and trade organizations.

Dave serves as media strategist for campaigns and causes bringing his award-winning instincts for creative storytelling and data-driven media strategy to make his clients winning advertising.
A seasoned Republican political operative, strategist, and Marine Corps veteran, Dave has led campaigns at all levels for over 12 years, including as a Regional Political Director at the National Republican Congressional Committee where he played a pivotal role in reclaiming the majority in 2022.
VP of Operations & Finance
A Richmond native and VCU grad, Thomas oversees the financial management and day-to-day operations at POOLHOUSE. With over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate, he runs a tight ship that keeps the business side running smoothly. When he's off the clock, you'll find him shuttling his three kids around town or serving up winners on the pickleball court.
Director of Media
Philip drives the POOLHOUSE media strategy to ensure each campaign cuts through the noise. With over 10 years of managing large scale advocacy and political campaigns, Philip brings his expertise in all forms of media strategy – from latest digital tactics to the most effective TV placement – for every campaign he designs.
He can be found most days in the backyard with his wife and three kids either on the swing set or playing make-believe.

Hannah runs operations at POOLHOUSE, keeping the team on track and the details in check. With over eight years of executive support experience, she manages everything from scheduling and travel to logistics. She's always looking ahead and solving problems before they ever slow us down. Outside the office, she's usually tackling a 1000 piece puzzle or planning her next hiking trip.

Josh is POOLHOUSE's Senior Project Manager, making sure political campaigns stay organized, on schedule, and set up to win. He manages day-to-day client needs, keeps creative and production teams aligned, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. With experience in legislative affairs, campaigns, and nonprofit work, Josh knows how to get results. He's also a regular guest on NewsMax, breaking down the latest news from the campaign trail.
Director of Advocacy
As the Director of Advocacy at POOLHOUSE, Laura builds effective messaging strategies and out-of-the box creative for advocacy campaigns. With a background in journalism and advertising, Laura offers expertise in meeting key public affairs moments with creative that breaks through the noise.
Laura has been successful in managing reputational and issue-specific campaigns for Fortune 500's and the top trade associations. From initial discovery to reporting, Laura oversees your campaign from start to finish.
Producer
Conor is a filmmaker and creative producer who turns ambitious ideas into reality. A Georgia-raised, New York-born filmmaker and SCAD graduate, he's led production on award-winning ad campaigns, short films, and some of the biggest Blockbusters in Hollywood. On set, his motto comes straight from the Avengers: “Whatever it takes.” Conor keeps things moving and makes sure we get the shot every time.
Production Coordinator
Kacey loves all aspects of production. Organization is her love language and there are few things more satisfying to her than a fully checked-off to-do list. Her past experience as a producer in the pharmaceutical space has taken her from VA to CA and everywhere in between, executing productions of all sizes. Her time spent on set has trained her to be prepared for all situations and confident in all surprises.
Political Project Manager
Ellie keeps campaigns on track and clients in the loop. She manages timelines, wrangles approvals, and makes sure nothing falls between the cracks. Before POOLHOUSE, she served as Press Secretary for the Republican Party of Virginia, building strong relationships with reporters, candidates and local leaders. Whether she's fielding last-minute edits or pushing a project across the finish line, Ellie brings strong instincts to every project she manages.

With years of professional editing experience, Austin is POOLHOUSE's go to guy when it comes to all things visual arts – providing experience across video, photo, design, animation, and so much more.
Armed with a particular appreciation for the music and clothing industry, Austin thrives working on creative that promotes, markets, and energizes audiences. When not at work, Austin stays busy capturing memories with photography and expanding his artistic arsenal.

An winning editor, Grace specializes in the intersection of storytelling, visual art, and innovation to bring stories to life. With a decade of experience, she has cultivated a keen eye for detail and a personalized touch to her work. Her mantra is that the story is king, and she has a proven track record of building compelling narratives to back it.
Grace has cut features, documentaries, televised broadcasts, and commercials of all kinds. Her films have been nominated for the Atlanta Film Festival and are showcased on Amazon Prime. She has collaborated with brands such as Google and AT&T, as well as local Atlanta brands like reimagineATL, the Atlanta Police Foundation, and Resonant Studios, among others.
Account Executive, Advocacy
In her role on POOLHOUSE's advocacy team, Cecelia fosters client relationships and builds engaging, exciting campaigns that secure wins for a diverse range of industries. She's a reliable and consistent communicator, overseeing projects from brainstorming to final product. Before joining POOLHOUSE, Cecelia worked in paid media at the American Petroleum Institute where she managed issue advocacy and energy literacy campaigns on a state and national level.
Senior Editor
Bradley is POOLHOUSE's Senior Editor and in-house VFX expert, focused on video editing and motion graphic design. A native of West Virginia, he served as Creative Director for Glenn Youngkin's gubernatorial campaign and led media and production for both the NRCC and NRSC. Outside politics, Bradley is also an award-winning filmmaker, a part-time video game streamer, and a sci-fi enthusiast.

Nick is a graduate of James Madison University and a resident of Northern Virginia. With extensive experience in Senate and Congressional media campaigns, he plays a key role on the Media Team at POOLHOUSE, helping to bring the agency's innovative creative projects to life on viewers' screens.
In his free time, Nick enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and cheering on the Orioles.

Sam is an award-winning creative with a sharp eye for visual storytelling. From concept to final cut, he crafts compelling visuals that bring your story to life. His background in strategic digital comms, cinematography, and editing gives POOLHOUSE a creative edge that shows up in every project. Sam has worked with national brands, public figures, collegiate athletic teams, and is always pushing our work to the next level.
Senior Designer
John (JP) Phillips leads the design department at POOLHOUSE with bold, visual storytelling. A SCAD graduate, he cut his teeth in the fast-paced world of newspaper production before spending several years at Push Digital in Charleston. His illustrations have appeared in Men's Health, Outdoor Life, and AARP—and in 2016, his political design work earned a place in the Smithsonian.
